I never did play Dead Aim, and I'm not big on cosplaying characters I don't know much about. His costumes not too difficult though. I'm suprised that I haven't seen Bruce McGivern or Fong Ling cosplayed yet.
The purpose of this costume is supposed to be the "Dress Blue" uniform of the USF so to speak.
It's pretty much what HUNK would wear if he had to do guard duty at a Umbrella Corp. meeting or make some kind of official appearance with executives.
