This is the Umbrella Security Service (USS) emblem from "Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City". I can't say I like the character design in the game, but the new USS emblem quickly grew on me.

In fact I must point out that while the RE movies are good in their own way, I never got why the Umbrella Soldiers in RE: Apocalyse were wearing motorcycle helmets, while gasmasks are a lot scarier.
